Urban Planing Guide Engineering (UPG) was founded by Ognjen Sudzum in Serbia in 2005. UPG was involved in couple of projects in UAE and KSA providing engineering services from Serbian office. In 2013 Urban Planing Guide Engineering L.L.C. was established in Abu Dhabi and the new establishment continued all ongoing projects in the UAE and KSA and set up its presence in the Middle East by being involved in some of the major developments in UAE, KSA and Qatar.
